This information concerns the PRIONERXV members area. The controller is Christian Steven Parra Arce, operating as PRIONERXV. You can ask questions and exercise your rights through the contact form, which is also available without a member account.

Signing in with ChatGPT provides an account identifier, email and, when available, a name. The identifier recognizes your account. Email is checked to protect administration and is not copied into your member profile.
We store your chosen name, avatar symbol, XV identifier, join date and the version of this notice received. Progress includes XP, level, badges, completed missions, rewards, unlocked files and redeemed codes. Your profile and progress are private: you and administration can view them.
Activity and automatic missions
To verify goals we store approximate active time, distinct active days, relevant sections visited for missions and first file openings. We also use existing records of unlocked files, redeemed codes, completed missions, XP, level, badges and account progress. Days are counted in UTC, independently of language or device time zone.
The browser temporarily uses visibility, focus, mouse movement, clicks, keyboard, scrolling and touch signals to estimate recent activity. Histories of these movements, clicks, scrolls or keys, and typed content, are neither stored nor sent. The server receives limited periodic confirmations and validates time before adding it to progress. A background, idle or suspended tab does not earn extra time merely by staying open.
How information is used
Necessary data provides the membership you request: maintaining identity, saving progress, verifying goals, awarding rewards and managing content access. Abuse prevention and administrative records protect the service under the legitimate interest of keeping it secure. This data is not used for behavioral advertising. Creating a profile does not subscribe you to marketing. No address, birth date or bank card data is requested. Membership does not process payments.
Access, hosting and storage
Identification uses ChatGPT and the website is hosted through Sites. Storage uses Cloudflare services. These providers may process technical information needed for their services under their terms and policies. We do not claim all processing takes place exclusively in Spain or the European Union. Your ChatGPT account is managed separately. You can review the providers’ policies.
Retention
The profile, progress and minimal activity records are kept while you maintain your PRIONERXV account. Attempt protection counters last at most 24 hours and are cleaned during subsequent operations. Administrative records are kept for up to 90 days to resolve issues. Total code use counts remain without links to deleted profiles. Infrastructure may retain technical logs and recovery copies under providers’ terms; deleting a profile does not immediately remove all technical backups.
Delete your account
You can delete your PRIONERXV account in My profile. The active database removes your name, symbol, identity link, XP, badges, rewards, redemptions, missions and progress, including active time, days, sections and file openings. Your XV identifier is not reassigned. This does not delete your ChatGPT account. You can also request deletion through the contact form. Ownership verification may be needed to protect the account. Do not send passwords or personal documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
My profileYour rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. State in the contact form that your query concerns membership. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Photo and visual preferences
If you personalize your profile, we store the fitted avatar photo, selected official frame and appearance preference in your account. Your photo remains private within your profile: it is not listed in a member directory or served to other users. Image metadata is removed. You can replace or delete it; deleting your account also removes these details. Automatic mode uses your device’s local time without requesting location or storing your time zone. These preferences do not change your XV identity or progress.
Live band proposals
The band form does not require an account. It stores your name, email, instrument, optional details, submission date and acceptance of this notice to review your proposal and respond. Only administration can access them; they are not published, do not generate XP and are not used for advertising. They are retained while the proposal is being handled. You can request deletion through the contact form, specifying that it concerns a band application. When available, the existing email service (Resend) receives the details needed to notify administration; notification failure does not prevent saving. Temporary anti-spam counters use identifiers derived from email and connection data without storing the IP address in the application.

The session uses the identification provider’s necessary mechanisms. The site remembers language through its existing selector. Changing language only changes presentation: it does not alter your session, XV identifier, XP, rewards or progress. XP, codes, badges and permissions are stored and validated on the server. Temporary activity signals are discarded when leaving or suspending the page.
